Purpose and conditions
The Parliamentary Services provide information through their web services. With the exception of commercial use, this information may be used under the following conditions:
- this information may not be used in such a way that it gives the impression of being an official publication
- if this information is reproduced the source must be indicated as follows: "Parliamentary Services of the Federal Assembly, Bern";
- the content of the information may not be altered;
- the date on which the information was downloaded must be clearly indicated.
Copyright and liability
The downloading or copying of data does not in any way entail the transfer of rights over the content. Copyright and any other rights relating to the content of the websites shall remain the sole property of the Parliamentary Services or any other legal copyright holder.
The user shall accept full liability for the publication or distribution of the information. No liability will be accepted by the Parliamentary Services.
It is the task of the user to keep abreast of any changes in the web services.
